Steps to get started as a real estate agent
Sign up as a real estate agent
Click "Connect your buyer" below and select "Real estate agent" for your account type. Provide some basic info and confirm your email address.
Submit loans online
Your account is now ready to start submitting loans at apply.youland.com. We will first determine each loan's eligibility based on the loan scenario you've submitted.
Fill in broker info
Once we determine your loan is eligible and ready to start the underwriting process, you will need to provide some personal information and sign YouLand's Real Estate Agent Agreement.

We currently do not lend in the following states:
Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota.
Properties we currently cannot finance
Here is a list of property types for which we are unable to offer loans at this time:
- Land
- Rural properties
- Commercial real estate, including office, retail, and hospitality
- Mobile homes
- Manufactured homes
- Multi-family in New York and New Jersey
In addition, we are 1st lien only and can't do 2nd or 3rd.
