We conduct a thorough evaluation to ensure the loan amount meets the project's needs, based on Loan to Cost (LTC) and Loan to Value (LTV) ratios.</item> <item>Our LTC rate can extend up to 85% for fix and flip. Our LTV offer can be up to 75% for purchase and 60-65% for refinance.</item>
